- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- WP ADA Online Subscription refunds will be prorated.
- All refunds will have a 4% processing fee deducted.
- Before requesting a refund ensure that you have deactivated the license key and completely removed the software from your website by completing the following steps:
- Go to Web Accessibility > Settings, or HTML Validation > Settings
- Click on the License button / tab
- Enter the license key received in your purchase email and click “Deactivate”.
- Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins
- Locate the plugin and click “Deactivate” and then “Delete”
